Rocky's limited IQ means perhaps the most complex phrase in his vocabulary involves the words "beat you up." One thing I've always enjoyed about Rocky is his super-limited vocabulary and IQ; even though I thrive off of multi-dimensional, complex characters, characters like Rocky act as a wonderful foil for them. And sometimes it's fun to just have a brainless meathead who won't be doing any major character developing any time soon (if ever).
